Plus with the 20,000 exp the enderdragon leaves, the price of exp will go DOWN. Plus with the egg, people would spawn the enderdragon in the main world and as we all know the enderdragon destroys everything it touches.
Great idea though! The end was my favorite world in single player and it would be a great thing to have on such a PvP/Exp popular server.
The actual end is impossible for us to use, because it has a different speed that you move compared to real world where it would kick you for moving too fast in it, if we do decide to do it I think we should just do a world like aether where is a different biome generator and generates an end like biome for the world.
In addition to zwunder's idea, The ammount of tombstones that are going getting transferred from The End to the Main World is problematic. Will cause overabundant lag and topple the balance in economy, as Endstones are extremely rare now without the source(referring to The End) to get them, but once The End is availible, the price will not b stable.
i made the same suggestion a month or 2 ago but i would say the idea was better since it would only be a extra world once ever month for at max 3-4 hours and take $ 20k+ out of the server
I like the idea of The End being available, with an application process. Andrew stated that the in-game user base may go to 500/500 if MC goes multi-threading so maybe we could only raise it to 400/400 and add more worlds to play in. The End Stone is not an issue since the spawn shop sells them, they are quite cheap as well. Eggs would be an issue and would need to be disabled. With the addition of Ender chests in 1.3 (needing an eye of ender to create) a wider availability of endermen would be nice. (This is assuming Ender Chests will even be compatible with the security features our server uses and if they will be available to the player base once 1.3 comes out). RagMan
Since the end is very diffrent (if u ever played in it) if should be like 30k. But if zwunder is right, Big no no. Ive been kicked too for trying to use my shelf mod..
I like the idea but no pvp and no enderdragon/egg it should be somewhere where u can just get endstone ect.
