I mean when kitpvp comes out we could have the option of 1.8 PvP and 1.9 PvP but for now it's a -1 from me
There's just one issue... many others do. I like the new PvP system because it's no longer a spam-click-and-hope-for-the-better-ping competition. Also, recent reviews of the plugin you linked aren't exactly favorable.
According to recent reviews, it causes memory leaks.... Also, it's only been tested with 1.9-1.11. We are running 1.12.2 No need to fix what's not broken (the pvp system as it is). You need to learn to live with the new pvp system.
