It would be awesome if there were a way to create sub regions as a mayor or president. This would decrease griefing significantly because a mayor could make different plots in their towns be sub regions and give people permission to just their plot. I got the idea merely by reading the help for the region command. Make it a donation feature or just something that mayors/presidents have or something that you have to pay ecodollars for to be able to do in a town.
We dont have a way to control this. You can't create child regions because they don't exist, the permission would allow you to create new towns anywhere you wanted.
