You use the warp to get to the town and you request a specific class, then you go to the college located in the town, find the assigned room and wait for the teacher
Really, I think that every1 knows how to play minecraft. So go easy on those prices, and, there is a free schooling place too, so yeah. Good luck!
Im a little bit skeptical on how this would actually work. Yes you said you would be teaching mainly ECC skills but I mean even that is very limited and i think only a single class would cover everything ud need to know about ECC. Instead of teaching these very braud skills, heres what I think would work quite well. Offer specific classes and list them so players can enroll in a specific "class or major lol" rather than everybody learning the same general material that lets be honest, most people already know. As for the classes, I think they should be more specific. Some examples for classes you could offer would be: 1) Economics (if u want u can even split it into a beginner and an advanced class). In this class, students will learn about how the economy runs, what affects prices, etc. You can center it all around the ECC economy which is huge 2) Real Estate - in this class, students will learn how to tell the value of property, how to sell it, everything. If you want, you can eveb stretch it to where it also teaches how to properly run a town. Get some known and successful town owners to teach this class and i can almost guarantee that this will draw some attention 3) Staff - this can be very successful. In this class, any students who wish to apply for staff one day will learn the basics of being a staff member. They will learn all the rules, how to cope with new user, what to do in different situations, etc. You can try and get either a current, or an ex-staff member to teach this class. Who knows, maybe if this is successful enough, it may become a requirement to have taken this class before staff is picked lol (overly optimistic but still, u never know). Theyre plenty of other "classes" or "majors" you can offer but I just listed the main ones that i think would draw the most attention. Id like to take this moment to say that by all means I am NOT trying to tell you how to run your school, these are merely my own opinions and suggestions. Take em or leave em, its up to u man. This thread simply caught my attention and well, I was bored lol. P.S. if you need like a principal or a director or somebody to help you run this, id be interested in helping (i think u can tell by this giant post lol). Hit me up ingame or on forums if ur interested.
Economics is one of the core classes in my ECC college along with marketing, rank skills etc. I have had thoughts of adding a staff class but that would need to be taught by staff.
Currently my ECC college campus has one building and I will be looking into building more campus structures including a few more dorm buildings.
5 minutes. Once my brain is flowing I work pretty quick lol. I still have a ton more that id like to add and how id run this, but it is not my idea nor my thread so I wont add unless requested lol
