Station 23 I recently acquired this shop for 1.2mil. This is a fee I considered way below its actual value, and I want to know how much I can actually grind out, and how long it will take me to break even. In this thread, all sales will be considered as a total. For Example: I sell diamonds at $28 each, $3 above server price. Sales will not be noted as $3, but as $28. All sales will be updated weekly, beginning every Thursday at 12:00 AM. Total Revenue will be updated at the end of each week. April16-23: $234,359.81 -$5,000 April24-30: $281,388.94 -$5,000 May1-7: $293,070.60 -$5,000 May8-14 $195,713.85 -5,000 May15-22 Revenue thus far: $984,533.20
Wow, 150,000 Revenue?! How, And what makes the monies out of there I.E. Nstars, EXP, Minerals @Iticip
I find people buying things from my shop in bulk. Over the last two days, I have sold about 20k in lapis *Looks at @Raccooy *. Also, Exp does sell very well. I have a bunch of my friends do the supplying, so I have almost always have some instock. Also, try and gather basically everything you sell in your shop, so it's basically pure profit. Of course I have to buy things like NStars, Exp, Diamonds, Emeralds and the like, but that's because they are purchased much faster than I can restock, and I still get a profit.
I notice you say you count selling a diamond for $28 as $28 revenue, I am interested in how much you make solely on profits, such as $3 per diamond sold, maybe you could do this in the future if not too hard? Thanks!!
I could probably do this sometime in the future, maybe make I a 1 week thin only though. But yeah, this is also including buying/selling diamonds in the shop as well.
I am sure you have a amazing location to be making this much? I dont think I could make this much with out a good location. And are you active on pricing (matching everone elses or going higher or lower ect) or did you just kind of set it and for get it type of shop keeper?
I do have to change my prices often, and I have very low prices. Mostly, I have to change my NStar prices.
