Station22 After owning the shop for about 1 month, I have decided to pursue the purchase of towns and work on projects at the moment. Thus, I won't have time to run my shop and keep building. This shop is much more than a money maker; it's a status symbol. Owning a 4million is only for the "elite" of ECC. However, if you are in for profit, you will be more than happy to own this shop. It's passive money. Mining used to be my primary way of making money, and I'd sell to the prime shops. Now, I spend a lot of my time just flying around and occasionally farming to generate funds, but I pull in about 200-300k a week off flipping Gems, Nstars, Exp, and so on. My weekly income would be around 500k with my Mansion selling, building, farming, and shop profits. I purchased the shop for an equivalent of $3,200,000.00 ($2,500,000 in cash + a Star Rod) Edit: I am now allowing the choice for the offer to be posted or Pm'd to me. If you choose to post an offer, and that offer is beaten, I will privately send you a Forum Pm
Who has the top offer? I'm truly interested, yet I doubt I can pull together the funds . Anyway, if some sort of miracle happens I'll post here
At the moment, I have three people who are very interested. I have a few others who asked about me making a thread, this its creation I will not be revealing names unless I have to make it an auction. At the moment, I want to hear some official bids from a few users and wait for before I make it public. If after a few bids, they stop countering each other, I'll end the auction and announce the winner.
Edit: I have decided not to auction it. However, if you want to include Star Tools as part of the payment, I value them as follows: Valuations: Star Axe: $625,000 Star Shovel: $550,000 Star Pickaxe: $700,000 Melon Sword: $750,000 Star Rod: $650,000
@Iticip - I have talked to you about this. I am highly interested in the shop; unfortunately, I have no cash at this time. My wealth is stored in my towns, 2 loans, a bunch of obtainables, and items that I would be selling in the shop. I would like to make an offer up front, but at this point in time I'm looking for a loan. If I can find a loan that big I will make an upfront offer (looking for around 3.5-4m loan).
