Due to unfortunate circumstances I won't be able to play consistently in about a few weeks for a few months. Thus I want to sell my shop and work on finishing my new town, Holland. We're going to go with traditional spawn shop auction rules, with a twist. Starting bid is 300k, there is an unknown reserve price. This means if 24 hours passes with no bid and the existing bid is below the reserve price, the shop will not be sold. Happy bidding!!
