i am going to buy a 200x200 town, make rows of soul sand plant nwarts and use a fortune III tool, mathematically i will make 30k a harvest on the first floor. replanting and harvesting is very easy, no e-repairs are needed ( nwarts don't change ur durability). i will make a 3-6 floor farm and will harvest 2-3 times a day. after the first 2 weeks i will have enough ecos to get fly, which will make even more money! if you would like to get into my buissness please contact me either through this thread or in game!
i will have 100 shares in my buissness 80 will go to me, i will be selling 20 for 2k each, for example if i make 100k in a week, i will get 70, and 1k will go to whoever owns a share, 2 shares =2k and so on. this will be a good buissness, and will have a steady income. the shares that u will purchase will be refunded in full over time and u will recieve 2k extra for each share over time
For a multimillion dollar business u have to spend at least 200k and put a month's work just to get started.
i will spend 85k on the town, and will need to buy 25740 blocks of soul sand and i have the nwarts i need to plant basically i need partners to buy in
not with this, it will be alot quciker to get started and will only cost 130k, estimated costs of soul sand
It's slow to walk through soulsand. Fly would probably be needed.... (fly/speed is way too op these days -_-) Also... I'm only 50% done on my pumpkin farm's 1st floor and like 45k in :| It sounds like a great idea, but you'd probably need some e-repairs or fly.
I would listen for tips from the guys who actually HAVE a million dollars. That's how you become successful. Like Thecreator767
95% Got it from lotto or hundreds of hours farming. 5% Are awesome/did something successful. Either way, interesting business idea, If you make some cash, I would consider a stock or two.
if this works I would like to buy some shares right away. maybe 2-3 at first if i see it is worthwhile
