Idk if I'll apply or not because I know a lot of mods would probably vote against me because of how often I let out my honest opinion that and the fact I know a few of them do not care for me hmmmm not to sure if I should apply
I have found since I have been on the server that if you are not sure about applying, it is not wise to apply. There are so many good applications from those that are absolutely committed to being staff. There is never anything wrong with expressing the honest truth, however, there are times when it is best not to say anything at all. Whatever you decide, I wish you success!

I would love to apply for staff but I have no where near the activity I would need. I only have time to be on like every other day.
If you doubt your abilities to apply and become a staff member, theres no point in applying. You need to want it in order to get it.
Personally, I feel it's more about how you are in game with the community. How you act, how well you handle stressful situations, etc. Actions speak louder than words to me and this also applies when staff apps are closed. When you are a good member of the community and have a great app then your chances of succeeding as a staff member is increased. Also it's important to remember that if for some reason you aren't chosen in a round and you know you are great in game with an impressive app then it is not always because you have done something wrong. Sometimes it's a factor of available positions. There are many apps submitted and there are times where we can't possible add all the great ones in the same pick. The staff team would end up way overstaffed. So persistence and not giving up is something that is important to hold onto if being staff is your goal.
