Hello ECC! Springshore Nation isn't so well known, but there are a bunch of upcoming changes! Springshore is made up of two (and a half?) towns: SunshinePark: Owned by Smeefy and oootopia, this town is mainly residential. Many skyscrapers and prebuilts. Nebraska: Owned by Smeefy and BuildsByGideon, this town used to be the home of Nebraska Building School and is now a secret project coming soon! Scranton: oootopia is saving for the President Rank, and will buy a town in the nation! Town Rules: 1. No Griefing. That will cause you to be evicted from any of the towns. 2. No Swearing in Local. Keep it appropriate. 3. No ugly builds. This means both inappropriate and unattractive builds (such as dirt) 4. Be Respectful. 'Nuff said. 5. Inactivity over 7-14 days will result in an eviction UNLESS you let your mayor/comayor know beforehand. 6. Be ethical and well-behaved. /warp sunshinepark to get here! It was initially Builder.... which of course is our first rank. Landlord is kinda like Mayor in that you own a town.
I'm not talking about server ranks. Landlord means he owns a town in my nation. Builder means he's a staff member of Springshore by being the town builder. He liked Architect better so I changed it. Not sure what's wrong with that.
