After hearing his story and confirming the clean up policy, I'd like to confirm this wasn't a bug. I was told by @spookypepper that he had around 500k in his bal, prior to his departure from Ecc for 8months, upon his return, his balance was $0. He did not log off the required time of 365+ days, wanna confirm with Andrew/Jamie/etc it's not a bug, as I saw a bug about a ball cleanup few days ago
