Hey everybody! Me and MINERSYFER123 are debating doing a spleef tournament, where the overall winner earns a trail of their choice! Now, I'd like to get a rough estimate of how many people would be interested in doing this, so if you'd be interested in actually doing this, please vote above. *edit* ALSO, if you would prefer there to be a trail as a prize, or $X to spend on any feature, please vote based on that, as well! For those who aren't sure what Spleef even is, here's a description for you: Spoiler: Spleef Defined Spleef is a competitive minigame played within Minercraft. When playing spleef, players will destroy blocks below other players, allowing them to fall off of the playing field and into a pit. The object of the game is the be the last player on the field. The name is a play on the word grief as the game involves destroying blocks. Spleef has a few basic rules to ensure a fair experience without being too restrictive, but as with many activities, rules vary greatly from one server to another. - Creating blocks between the game's start and end is forbidden. - Creating or destroying blocks after you have lost the round is not allowed. - If players have entered a stalemate and are all on separate "islands," and unable to access each other to continue play, either the person with the most space wins, or the arena is reset to continue play. If you go to the ECC shop and click main economy server near the bottom of the list it says Basic Trails and Premium Trails. It will show you all the trails. And trails are just things that follow behind you.
What I'm doing is offering a money prize. How much that is yet I don't know. So say its $30 you can get anything from the ECC shop that's $30 and below
I won't know a definite date until Monday. I want to be able to offer the best prize I can, and I will be out of town the next couple of days, AND I get paid Monday. Well, I was originally thinking of having those who wished to play pay $5,000, but then I thought, "That might not appeal to most users who want to play," so instead I was debating over like, 2k or something small like that.
See, this is a user organized event, and the prize will be something worth more than a few ECD. So, no, we won't be doing this for ECD, rather money for the ECC feature shop.
