Spicys is a restraunt next to the EMC Bed & Breakfast and is under construction , there will be a second location in suburb city.
The thing is though, we're a while away from opening. Though yes I have been talking with Dom and you guys can buy 4 Vintage Way or another property not in a business or residential zone if you wish to use it. Though that plot may be expensive given that it takes up over 600 blocks
It's a restaurant though, wouldn't you love a nice, big, and somewhat scenic lookout for your customers? :3
For the plot, probably 7-8k. Though keep in mind that SuburbCity itself won't be open for a few weeks.

It won't be for a few weeks so you have ample time to save now. And also, the plot is actually $7,700. Hope that isn't too much of a burden if you're still interested
