Special Auctions

Minecraft Name: quefueve

Suggestion: Create a new separate kind of auction that increases the amount of time after the last bid, which can be used for more valuable items, but that also requires a "fee" so it isn't abused by people who sell regular items.

Reason: In my opinion, the current time assigned to every auction is too small to be able to sell adequately more expensive items like star tools, for example. With just 60 seconds, it can be easy to miss an auction that would be relevant to you if you got distracted for a minute. As a seller, the item you're looking to sell would probably not get the attention you're looking for.

Also, on more important items, the fact of bidding or deciding to bid can require some additional consideration depending on the amount that the item may cost. Anxiety when typing could cause you to miss a bid on an item near the last seconds 0f the auction. The last bid could generate an additional 15 seconds or so, just like the Special Lottos do with the last tickets purchased, and that way people could have a little more time to think their bids over, and also lead to some more "interesting" auctions, which was one of the coolest specs of the auction channel when it was used properly in the past.

To prevent abuse, it would require a fee paid by the auctioneer when starting the auction, which could be a fixed price like it is used in shouts, and that way it would avoid the regular "uninteresting" items to be sold through this system.

Any Other Information: The fee should be something like $5,000 per auction, and maybe also have some sort of waiting time for this kind of special actions. EDIT: Also maybe adding some sort of "time cap" of several minutes could be necessary in case someone wants to stall the channel with their auction for too long.

Link To This Plugin: I think it can be implemented into the current plugin, not really sure how it would work regarding coding and such, so I'll leave that to the developers to see if it's possible.
