Administration has decided it is time to pass the town onto someone else. Before you bid and potentially win this town, please be aware that spawntowns DO have rules regarding actually developing the town and not leaving it an abandoned wasteland. Bids: You should post your reply with a format similar to this: $500,000 100k The bidding starts at $500,000 EcoDollars Minimum bid increments will be $50,000 EcoDollars. You can of course bid by much more. You must reply with a bid amount and *only* a bid amount. Nothing else will be posted in this thread. No questions, no cheers, no comments, nothing. Posting absolutely anything but a bid amount will result in a thread ban. (You will not be able to participate in this auction afterwards) Auction will close after 24 hours of no bids. Questions may be asked of @ClarinetPhoenix via Forum PM or via Discord DM In the event a bid is less then the previous bid your bid will be void. You must have the amount you are bidding in your in-game balance or forum balance at the time of your bid and the amount must remain in your balance for the entire time that your bid is the leading bid until the end of the auction. If you are the winner your bid will be absolutely forced on you. If you cannot pay the final bid it will result in confiscation of EcoDollars / property to pay for the auction.
