Hey everyone, Devoted here! Being that I start college next week, I'm looking to sell my shop at Station 11! The shop's location offers an unlikely sales advantage being that it's the last shop on the Red Line, but one which allows it to be one of the most viewed since people will often stop at the last shop when they realize that the line ends ahead. The shop has proven this by being more profitable than it's neighbors ($20,000 a week) and by maintaining a steady traffic flow, not in spite of, but because of its location. I had originally bought the station for $250,000, so if I can get anything close to that amount or higher, I'll instantly take it! Please pm me with any questions, as I'll give as much info as I can on the shop! Thank you!
I sold the shop opposite it for 60k I honestly doubt you'll get anything over 100k . Kind Regards, DeMacca
Well, even so, I'll just keep the shop until anyone shows an offer that wouldn't lose me too much money Thamks for telling me by the way!
Everyone knows whoever you sold yours too got a good deal, ive seen lots of people say that to you in other spawnshop topics.... Good luck selling your spawnshop, im sure you will get a decent deal for it
I owned this shop before Devoted. 60k is very little for a shop, in my opinion, worth 200-300k if you can do it right.
I'd say these shops are worth a little less than a 4th row shop, if anything. They get just as much traffic.
@DevotedToChrist - way to hold your ground on selling your shop. I own Station12 - at the end of the line in the yellow market and have found the same thing as you. It is a great location. Even with very little advertising or marketing, my shop makes me a very comfortable return. I knew there would be those (like SparklyPotato) that saw the value in these "end of line" shops.
Wtf, no one wanted mine for more than 90k? Same spot? Fuuuuuuuuuu Sent from my LG-VM701 using Tapatalk 2
I really feel bad you were unable to make more for your shop. The value seems to change from one week to the next, however, since the move to the new market they are steadily becoming more and more valuable. The auction of 67 has also brought even more interest in the rest of the shops and is also establishing some more realistic prices. I have had offers for my shop, but it makes me money so I can not see selling it unless I was able to get a Tier 1 or Tier 2 shop and to be honest, I am not sure they would make me any more money.
