I just noticed an extremely high vacancy rate in the bottom layer of user shops at spawn. On the old side the entire bottom layer was completely full prior to the area expansion. Perhaps another spawn trade shop remodel is in order (maybe just remove bottom layer). Or even some kind of promotion/discount. 2 of 28 shops are rented (14 each side, 1 rented on each side). Empty: 92.85% Occupied: 7.14%
I think they should remodel the whole shop, and make all shops on one layer because I have a lower shop and not many people go to it.
Update: The server is now down to a single spawn shop on the bottom layer. This is shop #5 rented by Generaljoecool. Vacancy Rate: 96.42%
I've actually seen many people visit generaljoecool's spawn shop so it isn't like he doesn't get any business.
