Spawn Statue Sale (#17)

General Purpose of Contract:
Setting terms for the secure sale of Rising spawn statue # 17 from @jmichael214 to @dgam02

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@jmichael214 will add @dgam02 as an owner to the Rising region "spawnstatue17" within 24 hours after @dgam02 pays him the Down Payment (below).
@jmichael214 will remove himself as an owner of Rising region "spawnstatue17" within 24 hours of the time when all the Payments (below) are completed.
@jmichael214 reserves the right to remove @dgam02 as an owner of Rising region "spawnstatue17" if the Payments are not made.
@jmichael214 agrees that he will not alter Rising region "spawnstatue17" in any way once the Down Payment is made. Both parties agree that Rising region "spawnstatue17" is the property of @dgam02 to do with as @dgam02 sees fit after the Down Payment is made, and @jmichael214 is maintaining ownership only to secure the Payments.
@jmichael214 agrees to post a payment sign in the downstairs lobby of Rising spawn statue # 19, X = -73, Y = 65, Z = -23, at which @dgam02 will make the Payments.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@dgam02 agrees to pay @jmichael214 $50,000 ECD within 24 hours of approval of this contract (the Down Payment).
@dgam02 agrees to pay a total purchase price of $350,000 ECD for the statue, of which the Down Payment is the first $50,000.
@dgam02 agrees to pay @jmichael214 $50,000 ECD per week to the payment sign located at Rising spawnstatue19, X = -73, Y = 65, Z = -23, until payment is made in full (the Payments)
@dgam02 agrees not to remove @jmichael214 as owner of Rising region spawnstatue17 at any time, for any reason.
@dgam02 agrees that if @dgam02 fails to make the Payments, he can be removed as owner of Rising region spawnstatue17.
Both parties agree that Rising region "spawnstatue17" is the property of @dgam02 to do with as @dgam02 sees fit after the Down Payment is made, and @jmichael214 is maintaining ownership only to secure the Payments.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
