Yeah, I think it has something to do with the fact that "spawn" is before "spawnstatue24". Maybe it overrides the permissions because the order is wrong? Anyway, it shouldn't be hard for staff to fix.
type '/rg i spawnstatue24' and '/rg i spawnstatue23' and screenshot those. (It's probably a priority thing, though)
I think that its only statue24 that isn't a subregion of the spawn region, this can be fixed easily (if im correct).
