I bought a 9k enchanted pick axe with fortune 3 and unbreaking 2 or 3. i also had my 27 diamonds, full diamond armour all enchanted to level 30. When i left ECC the other day i was at spawn, once logged on i fell through the world and lost EVERYTHING on me. I spoke to an admin (ievolive) and he said he couldnt refund me... fair enough. but surely something can be done to repay this? If not u wont expect me to be on ECC much more. i worked hard for all that stuff, and to have it lost due to a glitch at spawn is ridiculous. I was honestly thinking of donating, but im getting second thoughts now, im not saying that if im not repayed i wont donate, im just saying u might want to start refunding ppl something for it? or u'll lose a lot more player like my self. I'm sorry for your loss and ecc is still pretty glitchy this happened to me the other day (void of death) or vod as i like to call it. but try not to keep anything valuable on you if you can help. And hopefully you do continue to play.
Sorry, but EcoCityCraft has a "no refund" and "no repay" policy with no exceptions. The admins are working hard to fix this issue.
Everyone hates this glitch, everyone wishes it was fixed, but right now no one can do anything about it. Frankly just about everyone has lost something because of this problem. I personally lost my inventory full of gold ore (22 stacks of 64), my best 2 picks (eff 5 silk, eff5 fort3), and my enchanted armor when I was taking gold ore out of the chest in my home and did a /home over to where I have my furnaces setup and fell through the world. If we start to hand out money to everyone who suffers due to the glitch then we have to hand out for other things that happen, then we have people who lie about what they lost, then we hand out even more money. All of that money will start to ruin the economy as everyone will be suddenly cash rich. RagMan
Someone's got bling... Sadly this is true. We are doing everything we can to manage the situation, however 1.3 brought loads of bugs, glitches and obviously a whole new world of lag. We have been doing everything we can to quickly fix this lag issue and it's quite frustrating for us as well. I hope just as much as you do that this is cleared up soon and we can all walk side by side holding hands across the grassy meadows of ECC.
I know its not ECC's fault. im just still angry about it, i might come back on in future, once i know its fixed. For now ill stick with PVP servers, i hope to be on ECC soon
how to fix glitch: just log off as quickly as possible and log back on there is a chance that you will be alive and in the right place . I, too, have lost over 50k of stuff due to this glitch.
