Someone broke into my house and looted all valuables

You, as a member of EcoCityCraft, have very few responsibilities to withold - which includes the safe-guarding of your items. If you are unable to do so, by locking your chests/doors/furnaces, then nothing will be done. Recommended safe-guarding measures would be to store items inside locked chests, not fight in PvP or against mobs and not dying (obviously.) We will only handle grief reports about the tampering of your built structures/houses/etc, nothing else.

    Brief Description:
    ChickenCrafter00 came into my home, broke two glasspanes to enter and bypassed my locked chests stealing thousands of valuables from my chests.

    Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area:
    Every resident.

    Screenshots to assist Staff identify the grief:
    Nicit6 Identified the griefer and tried to help but said is not able to. I'm afraid Nicit6 doesn't have authority but was still cooperative about the whole situation.

    The user joined yesterday so everything will be okay if you rollback, The users plot has a date which is 6/8/16 and barely has anything built.

    Hello Unforgiver69,

    Let me start off by saying how insane a predicament you're caught up in at the moment. I do apologize that you've had to deal with theft in this fashion when everyone else on the server would tell you you're safe to lock your chests. Just to inform you, the situation with how your locks are being accessed is known. We are working as fast and as hard as possible to fight this issue.

    With the release of Minecraft 1.9.4, it is quite common and known that with new updates comes new bugs and rest assured this is a top priority.

    Now onto the issue with theft in general. It is apparent that someone broke into your home to attempt at stealing your valuables. This we can take action against as even yourself posted from the Disclaimer:
    As for the items stolen in your chests, the only items that can be tracked are tools that are '/own'ed. I do know that if you were to calmly explain to those online how you were robbed during the LWC bug, you could get supporters to help you on getting some of those items back and more. The community has done some amazing things before in helping those that have been robbed/scammed and you are no exception.

    On my final note; for the time being, this may sound a little out of your way as you already have a plot in a protected town, but there definitely is an issue with the members of your town being that someone is a thief. I would try to move out of that town and get a different plot in a more secure trustworthy town. If that is absolutely not an option, perhaps hide your chests either in/outside the town until the LWC bug is fixed to ensure that your valuables are no longer stolen.
