Welcome to Sochi! (/warp sochi) (Not that freezing place they held the winter Olympics) Sochi is a nice warm desert town not far from Rising Spawn! Brought to you by a founding member of America! The town is currently in development as a mostly prebuilt town, however there are currently going to be some open slots for RESELL-ABLE plots! These plots will be sold to users to build on and either keep or sell to other users! There will of course be restrictions on this, but they will not be overly strict. Please note that any staff positions are not permanent and do not give you any ownership over the town or any of its content. Its always good to work well with others to get stuff done quicker, have support and have some fun. Working by yourself to get things done when no one else is on is a great attribute.

Explain why someone needs to be able to work well in both a team setting as well as by themselves?: always good to know how to work well with others as well as yourself. you get stuff done quick, good to have cooperation and have fun doing so.

I want to help you build it up, and connect it with the projects on Moscow and Georgia 4. Which part of being staff interests you the most? Working with you on the town, and joining in with a new group of people. 5. Explain why someone needs to be able to work well in both a team setting as well as by themselves. There are certain scenarios where both situations would apply. Working on builds as a group, or coming up with an idea often require cooperation an sharing of those ideas. However, while building, you may be assigned a certain task to build a structure, or something of the like, that you may need to do on your own.

With a team that work together to reach goals. 4. Which part of being staff interests you the most? The fact that I will be able to use my 1.5 years of ECC experience in a project with high ambitions. And that I will be able to work with other ECC players to reach goals. 5. Explain why someone needs to be able to work well in both a team setting as well as by themselves. To co-operate is what have built up the world to what it is today. With a team, persons can make each other better, and that is why team work always beat individual work. But sometimes you only have yourself, then you have to work alone, and find solutions that will come out well for everyone. Its easy to get a bit selfish when you have to take solutions alone. And a good team player knows what decisions to take when working as a team and alone. And all this together makes a well working system and community, that is why team work and individual work is important
