    Joke being, and I have heard multiple users say this "Staff in the brotherhood vote for another to join staff, and thats what happens". kinda a stupid joke as its not even true.

    Maybe there is a small reason behind this said "joke." Had it not occurred that they become mods not because they join the Brotherhood, but the fact that I pick my members, not solely off the fact that they are good at PvP, but the fact that they are well minded enough to become a staff member.
