Oh Delete it or lock! Just realized you posted on twitter ECCWiki Update to Server Commands (Donation Features): Updated the listed world availability of all donation features.
This was actually a mistake with the warps, I wasn't sure if they worked and so I didn't change their listed availability. Just confirmed they work and both the availability and the shout costs have been updated. Thanks for bringing this to my attention I appreciate it.
