+1 all the way imo. When I'm out farming quartz and type /cnd I would love it if all my quartz shards became blocks! Great idea and should be a simple addition to the /condense command we already have .
You can do "/condense quartz" or "/condense all" to do this. Blocks that can't be "un-condenses" so-to-speak require being exactly specified so you don't accidentally condense them.
Im pretty sure you can condense quartz shards into quartz using /condense hand Confirm for me? I don't have extcommands++
