Make tripwire hooks not sellable to the server​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I received some tripwire hooks (spawner, star, and mcmmo keys) today and they were accidentally sold to the server when I pressed my macro key I use for spawner setups. I think that this could be avoided by making these not sellable to the server.​
