Reduce spam for sell chests​

What are you suggesting:

When you right click a sell sign on SkyBlock to sell an item, it sells the item but also has a message appear in chat saying 'This private chest is locked by <playername> <player ID>. This shows up every time the sign is clicked to sell an item and as some player shops only allow you to sell 1 item at a time, it spams the players chat with the 'Private Chest' message. This is very annoying as it causes moderate spam which clogs up chat and is not necessary.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Reduces spam in a certain players chat and will likely be appreciated as there a very few people who want spam ​
