Increase Hopper Speed​

What are you suggesting:

Increase the hopper speed in skyblock.

The active playerbase of skyblock is pretty low even at season release, so perhaps raising hopper speed would not cause much extra server stress and increase QOL on skyblock immensely.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

At the speed hoppers flow now, they are more trouble than they are worth in most cases.​
