Change the Extreme rank color​

What are you suggesting:

Change Extreme's rank color to another color. Dark green would be ideal, but I believe another sb rank has that. If not dark green, pink might not be a bad idea since there are no ranks (besides the removed SG rank) that is that color​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Many times today someone with the Extreme rank was next to a resident in TAB; when I thought I was messaging a resident, they were an extreme rank on SB. This color change will help separate the two ranks more​

This is super minor, so it's not gamebreaking, just annoying​
