In Game Name: AdmiralDWhat part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for: SkyBlock ServerShort title for your suggestion: Adjustment Pris Brick/Dark PrisWhat are you suggesting: Pris requires 4 shards and equals 10 island points. Pris Bricks requires 9 shards so it should be worth 22.5 possibly? Dark Pris requires 8 shards and 1 Ink Sac so it should be worth 25?Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: This seems only fair for the amount of material needs for these items.Other information: Pris bricks and Dark pris are beautiful blocks and will make islands even more impressive. They are not used as much due to the effort and materials needed. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.Plugin or custom addition: N/AOne suggestion per form: I Understand.
I'd be cool with bricks being 15 but other than that they shouldn't be higher. While it is more resource intensive to make, it's faster to craft (it's the result of /cnd prismarine) as well as faster to place already with a higher point value. The Dpris adjustment seems good though
I do not understand /cnd prismarine - that command does not work for me. The only way I can make bricks is to manually craft 9 shards for each brick instead of 4 for prismarine. This makes me feel that it becomes only the issue of materials, not process. You know I am an old man so please forgive me if I am absolutely confused about this.
That or keep brick at 10 and lower normal pris. 10 is already a pretty high value for something that can take second to obtain. Lanterns are a little different as the crystal drop rate is a lot lower.
While I appreciate your input, I would hate to see any values being lowered this late into the yearly cycle. This could literally ruin some players chances of ever gaining ground again :-(
True, but to double the xp of a block too has a dramatic effect on peoples islands especially something quite easy to obtain, with only the amount of item needed the difference in recipe.
True, however, the value of the materials for this item have been set from the beginning and this suggestion is only to request that the values of all items be evaluated based on the economics of those items alone. I am confident that andrew will reach an equitable solution
Why would you devalue work people have done when you can just tell people that their extra work is now reaping a reward? Why upset people with nerfs months in when you can just buff something that probably hasn't seen too much use? May need to use the short name or prismarine shards (found via /itemdb). I know it can work but it makes bricks but since I wasn't trying to make bricks then I forgot the command
As always, you are so awesome! the command is /cnd prisshard - This old man finally figured it out, with your guidance of course Thanks.
