Add /pttoggle​

What are you suggesting:

That you add the /pttoggle for those who have access to /pt​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

We have it on the main server so I am not sure why it wasn't added to the skyblock server too. It would be far easier to remove multiple /pt's and ensure you have none left on.​

Other information:

Not quite sure if there was a bug with this hense it being disabled.​
