[Skyblock] No reward for completing a challenge

Brief Description:
I’m not sure which challenge it was (I think it was the “Witch Hunter” challenge), but the reward was an enchanted book. I completed the challenge for the first time and it said I received the reward, but I never got the enchanted book.

Instructions:
Complete the challenge and get no enchanted book as a reward.

How many times did you recreate this?:
Just did it once as it’s not in my list to complete the challenge again.

Result:
Didn’t get the enchanted book as promised.

Expected Result:
To get the enchanted books.
