[Skyblock Island Level Sale Contract]

General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of Island levels.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Destructopup, will transfer blocks totaling 30,000 Skyblock Island levels in value to @Ethannnnnn by no later than the end of October 24th 2019 (24/10/19). Any block transfers will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via forum PMs and documented with screenshots and/or video. The final transfer will take place at /is warp FrailDK at 2:30 AM (UTC) on 24/10/19 if all the blocks have not already been delivered by this time.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Ethannnnnn will transfer $500,000 to @Destructopup, on the forum bank by no later than 24 hours after this contract is approved. Additionally @Ethannnnnn will continue to pay $200,000 per week by the end of each week for a total of 8 consecutive weeks, starting from the moment this contract is approved. This will result in payments totaling $2,100,000 at the end of the two month period (including the down payment).

Ammendments and breaches of contract:

• If @Ethannnnnn wishes to pay off his oustanding debt more quickly then this must be agreed upon by both parties and another contract must be made to ammend the payment plan herein.

• If @Ethannnnnn fails to meet his obligation to pay the down-payment of $500,000 within 24 hours of contract approval the contract is null and void.

• If @Ethannnnnn fails to meet the terms of the payment plan herein a late fee of $50,000 will be applied and will be due the following week in addition to the previous weeks' missed payment. Partial payments will not be accepted and will be refunded for simplicity. If payments fall behind by longer than 1 week then it will result in a breach of contract and a complaint of scamming being filed.

• If @Destructopup fails to deliver the blocks outlined above in their entirety by 2:30 AM (UTC) on 24/10/19 at the specified location then he must refund all payments made by @Ethannnnnn under the terms of this contract by no later than October 31st 2019 (31/10/19) and an additional $50,000 penalty fee will also be due by the same date. Failure to do so will result in a breach of contract and a complaint of scamming being filed.

• If either @Destructopup or @Ethannnnnn fail to attend the final transfer at /is warp FrailDK at 2:30 AM (UTC) on 24/10/19 the absent party will have until the end of 27/10/19 to PM the party who was present on the forum and at their sole discretion arrange a new transfer time . During this extension period if @Ethannnnnn is the absentee @Destructopup will face none of the penalties for late delivery as outlined above. If a direct or proxy transfer cannot be organised and mutually agreed upon by 27/10/19 then it will result in a breach of contract and a complaint of scamming being filed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.
