I didn't get the rewards the firs time either. But then I was told that the challenge was fixed so I tried it again. Is it possible to get my stuff back or to get the rewards from the challenge?

At this time, unfortunately we are unable to reward EVERYONE who completed a broken challenge. We are slowly working at all issues, and have dozens beyond dozens of them. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is a new release and if we focused on giving everyone every item they didn't receive we'd get absolutely nothing done.
@Gluupor has been kind enough to go over the entire challenges setup for us as he came from AEM and has fixed numerous challenges issues / problems. Please let us know if this help/support ticket is now fixed for you @Kaslan
