Quartz Block, Changed to 3​

List the reasons you are adjusting each item:

Currently, a Quartz Block is worth 1, that is less than stone (worth 2). It's harder to get quartz blocks and require getting them from nether where pvp is enabled. So I think a bit higher than stone would be great (aka 3)​
