I asked the same question about this last night with a lackluster answer, so I figured the forums might be a better place to ask... I came across a spawner last night in the Mining world. I don't have the means to place the water needed to make use of it, so I figure selling the coordinates to someone might prove reasonable. Is this something I could do, and if so, what is a good price on the location? All things considered, I have heard that the Mining world is cleared at least once a month and started fresh, so if that's the case, I can see it being worth little value, especially it being close to a new month. If not, or if it's less often than that, then I may strike a deal with someone depending on the interest of the public. Thanks for the help everyone!
The value goes down as it gets closer to reset, since the reset should happen within a week or so the coordinates are probably not worth much. You can sell them though.
