Sinder33 is allowed to change the plot prices at any time without warning, and for custom plot size inquiries, you are asked to refer yourself to Sinder33. Town rules: 1. No griefing or building outside your plot, including adding signs, blocks, etc. without authorisation or permission, the destruction of other person's work inside their plot, and anything which the server states as "griefing" without authorisation. 2. Do not destroy the red wool marking plot boundaries 3. If you want your own shop, you must pay $500 per week or $3000 forever. 4. If you're offline for more than eight days, your chest and plot will be removed, and you will not be refunded. 5. If you want a casino you must pay $1000 per month or $4000 forever. 7. I, Sinder33 am the only person authorised to sell plots as Town Mayor. update: matberry can also sell plot now 8. If you create a minor offence against these rules, you will be kicked from town for one to twenty-four hours, like a warning, yet this may be removed to Sinder33's decision or matberry (that who kicked you) 9. You may not build outside of your plot. 10. You may not dig outside of your plot (Mining is not permitted either) 11. You are not allowed to build over y=163 (100 blocks up than ground terrain) 12. Farms may not be higher than five floors due to lag caused. However, public farms may be higher to Sinder33's decision. 13. Do not publicly show cobblestone or dirt on your plot (for example, dirt walls are not permitted) 14. All the standard server rules apply as well. Town Facilities: Below are a list of donations I have available: - Water - Lift - Gate - Colour sign - Teleportations -extcommand -extcommand+ I sell unlimited, for a period of one week, all the donation features I have. For town members, the price for unlimited donation features is $3k or other 4k only rule dont spam me. I sell repair chests (normal and e-repairs).
