how do players make some of the pics in there signature? also if you do not know what i mean i can post a few of them to show you what i mean.
You will probably need to show examples of what you mean because you have a picture in your signature right now which shows you know exactly how to make and post pictures. I will say that mine, for example, was created for me by a very talented artist @stin23 and I believe that most use photoshop to create these masterpieces.

I use Mineimator, personally it's the eaisest to use rather than other things like C4D (which costs a lot) or Blender (free). If you want to use it just look at some tutorials.
