I'll care about it. Honestly, It's one of the more creative (theres no BIG plan for it (as I know of), so you're more free to build what you want in it), and thats what makes it fun. Its a "sandbox" type area. And new users & casual users may be drawn to that (instead of the more structured towns that "hard-core" users use).
Give it time. Towns take while to get started. There was a time I didn't think anyone would move into Koto. So then I started buiding to make myself happy. Then all of a sudden A lot started joined. Granted they didn't build their houses, but it's still growing. Try to make things that are unique to build to make you stand out.
alittle off-topic, but the reason i dont have al ot yet in KOTO is because im not motivated enough to get into a project like that! that creative, i mean.. i dont wanna mess with the look, basically.. i love that place ;P
