Just wondering if I should. I ussaly see people trying to sell houses but it takes forever and is almost impossible for me . The way this would tend to work is I would get a percentage of what the house is sold for and the rest would go to you... I"d be interested in something like this maybe. I love to build and to set up towns but I hate advertising and showing people around constantly. What kind of percentage where you thinking? Also would just sell houses, or plots, apts, etc.? Would you do most of the advertising in game or on the forum?
The percentage would depend on the price of the house and how long it takes to sell the house. If the house were say 30k, I would probably want 20% to 30%+, but I don't really know what you would want... You could make an offer and I could see what I could do.
Yes, but a loan irl has like a 6% interest rate, when you can get like a 30% rate for loaning on ecc.
The thing is... If I did only take 2%, it would not be worth it at all. As it does take a fair amount of time to sell a large house or even a small house... Some things are just not worth it so 20%-30% is kinda what I am at right now and if you want me to do something different than that, it has to be at a reasonable price/percentage. Not 2%.
I had forgotten to answer the last 2 questions so I will do so now. I could possibly do some advertising help... But I wouldn't physically just sell the plot as that has very little profit to me. If it were a small plot, it may not be worth it to me, but maybe a bigger plot. And yes, I will most likely be willing to del apartments. I would generally advertise on both the forums and In-game... I will possibly have a thread of what houses are on the market and other possibilities such as apartments, etc.
