Hi guys, New to this game so another quick question, how much are shops in the market district? How do you go about buying them and is there any T&Cs? Thanks!

Some shops cost more due to their size and how close the shop is to the portal, which makes more money than other selected shops. If you can find an open spot somewhere in the market after you rank up that's probably a good idea to do.
That is correct. But you must rent the shop for a total of 4 weeks minimum and a maximum rental of 10 weeks. Which if you add up, minimum is 20k and max is 50k.
Origami, thanks for your reply, I do understand this abit more now however surely you pay the 20-50k direct to server not to individual people? I've seen a post recently from a guy saying selling station 76 for 40k? Surely he can't sell it if he's just renting it? Am I correct?
When you rent a shop you have the right to renew the rental time for as long as you want. What people do is that they sell you the right to rent it instead of them.
I will try to clear things up. You pay the server 5k per week to rent a shop. As long as you renew, you can keep renting it forever. Some shops have better locations than others, and they get held onto forever. If you want one of these shops, you would need to buy it from the current owner. You pay him, he transfers the shop to you, and you pay the 5k per week rent going forward. Sent from my LG-VM701 using Tapatalk 2

Hello @lowndsy2011 , Here is the list of the rented shops in the user market, and on average, there a few shops that do not renew when their rental is due. Also: Moved: General Discussion --> Help & Support
My bad, I didn't check what rank you were before linking that. The user market expiry dates can be only be viewed by users that are resident or higher. As for the shops, I have seen anywhere from 2-7 shops on average not renew their shop, based on how many are due to expire that week.
Since you have to be ranked "Resident" (or higher) to make a trade sign, you must also be ranked "Resident" (or higher) to own a shop in the market.
