The purpose of Reality Realty is to buy plots and prebuilts in towns, build on them, and then re-sell them. I pay good money for large plots in large towns with larger-than-life atmospheres. That said, I'm currently looking to buy plots between 30x30 and 50x50 anywhere, paying 1k per 100 square meters (30x30=900 square meters=$9k) The town must be neat and clean (paved roads, light fixtures, a town hall, grief-free) and be accessible via portal or warp.
