Thread title: Shears and Leaves bug Minecraft Username: Videowiz92 Brief Description: When I tried helping my friend clear out trees in his town, I couldn't break leaves with shears and was kicked from the server. I asked him to remove and re-add me to the town but still no luck and was kicked. I moved to my town and even the wild and still couldn't break leaves. Instructions: 1.Take shears. 2.Cut leaves. How many times did you recreate this bug?: Done about 5-6 times, also repeated in front of Glooble. Result: Leaf blocks didn't break and reappeared. Also was kicked from server after continuous tries. Glooble says it's probably caused by anticheat. Expected Result: Leaves were supposed to drop. Evidence: First pic shows unused shears, second pic shows shears used and leaf block respawned. Pic 1 Pic 2
Maybe, I've had this issue before in the past around when the server updated to 1.2, but it resolved itself. Now I'm experiencing it again. :?
In this situation Glooble is wrong. The problem is, you are spamming the sever with left clicking shears. How are you spamming the sever with the use of shears? I notice you have a lot of Donations and can only guess you have access to EXTcommands. With shears in your hand, please type in /powertool and press enter to send the command. This should clear any data held on the shear for your character. If this fails to work please as a Moderator to preform this command for you (they need to have EXTcommands for it to work). He is if he has ever in the past put a powertool on the shears, then he is using /powertool with left click - the fact that it's shears means nothing since its a powertool. Test this out with string. The being kicked for using shears is a good indication that this is a powertool problem - thou I could easily be wrong (which I hope Im not
Ok, I didn't have any /powertool commands assigned to the shears but I did try clearing the shears with the command. I'm still getting the same results though. Spoiler
