WWAR_JJ: will give free Teleports to all town residence.
HyruleanHero: will charge $100 per ERepair for all residence, and $200 per ERepair for all non Residence.

Town Rules:

1. No Griefing, Profanity, or Trolling Rental houses, Town Members or Visitors
2. NO DIGGING IN SGCOMMAND; DO AND GET KICKED OUT OF TOWN!!!!
3. If you are overdue for rent you have 3 days to pay rent or remove items from rental house
4. Do not alter any of the exteriors of the rental house unless approved by: WWAR_JJ
5. Town Owners word is law, disobey and risk being banned from town
6. You are allowed to put chests, wall, etc... INSIDE THE RENTAL HOUSES ONLY
7. Breaking any of these rules will result in a kick and ban from the town.

Cornhusker144 and Xcom364 have been removed from town for lack of activity.

 

I do hope to have my town done by the end of August.

 

Construction is going good but slow, I only have a few helpers. I am getting more every day along with more members but I am looking at a September/October end date now.

 

Just decided to I was originally going to build under ground but I could not get anyone to buy any plots, then I tried to build in the sky still no one bought any. Also the mountains where already torn up by people that used to live there when it was wild. I looked around and the best thing that I could do is to tear them down, as there are to many old structures and tunnels going through it. I have already had to put in 3 - 4 lwc removal requests within the last week because I keep finding old houses in the mountains.

 

Also now I am going to build a modern looking town and then rent out the houses for about 100-200 per week so people have a place to live as I know that some people do not want to build their own home they are only there to mine or to pvp.

Also I am never buying a mountain range again I am only going for flat land like plains or build a flat land in the deep ocean.
