Minecraft Name:Thecreator767 Suggestion:When a player disconnects due to internet problems, or on purpose, keep their body in the game for 30 seconds and wait for them to reconnect/get killed Reason: I hate it when people decide to be jerks and leave when they're about to die which leaves you at like 3 hearts in the deathmatch and no $100. It's completely unfair Any Other Information: Their body should be kept in for 30 seconds (this is possible to create) and it would also allow people with bad internet connections (me) from wasting an sg kit and having to wait another 30 minutes just because of network issues Link To This Plugin: Possible to create. You can even find open source codes and use them
I'd like to start by saying, this wouldn't work with SG, ever. The loops you have to jump through to make this work with SG makes it not worth the effort.
What loops do you have to jump through? It shouldn't take too much to implement this into SG. Most PvP plugins that I've seen have this.
SG has a predefined set of players and works only with players. What the pvp logging plugin does is create an NPC which drops the user's stuff when it dies. I would have to hook into that, check whenever the person disconnects and the instead of triggering a deathmatch, I should wait until said npc dies, that's a whole new event, with different features. Because the NPC is not a player, we can't do regular player checks on them. Also, most pvp plugins I've seen don't have this. Especially not minigame plugins like SG. It's just not worth it for sg. People just leave the sg, they usually don't disconnect.
This would help a lot, because of 'kicked for flying' reason of getting disconnected, so you instantly log back on and not automatically lose because of a bug/glitch. +1
Bump. I think this is still needed! dont lock as nerco as this is still relavent. Maybe only in kit free games tho.
