Arena 3: A nokit arena duplicate​

What are you suggesting:

Add a third arena to SG which, through the use of false-set world-contexts in the kit permissions, denies the use of kits while in that arena - thereby creating optional nokit games for those who want them. The map of this arena should swap between the current arena 1 and arena 2 maps each season - it would NOT be a new map design.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Many times people have requested the ability to force a nokit game or temporarily disable kits for x time, but neither of these are really feasible due to the limitations of the SG plugin or the continued involvement of andrew to change settings.

This solution requires one-time setup, with the only optional change being rotating the map between sg1 and sg2 each season. And, it's completely optional to play in this arena, so you can still use kits elsewhere unlike if they were totally disabled. Those who wanted to spend for an advantage still can, and those who want to free-play now can too.​
