So head into "/ch tr" and say you're buying Donation Features with Ecodollars. Keep in mind, this is pretty expensive, usually $5,000:$1 (ECD>USD) So basically, a $20 kit would be $100,000 EcoDollars if your buying at the above conversion rate.

Yes, donation features you keep forever. Perfect Kit is the enchanted leather armor kit, and Spy is the invisibility kit.
You can find someone who will buy the kit in your name in exchange for eco dollars. If you chose to do so please take screen shots of everything if you need for evidence later. A contract is also helpful.
