Perhaps you should be able to use them once per game. You don't really need kits more than once a game.
This is exactly the reason it's 30 minutes. You're not supposed to constantly use it, you're supposed to be able to use it every couple of matches.
I agree with kuke, all though I have a kit and it's annoying when I can't use it, it makes the games more fair.
Truthfully, i think the cool down should be 45 minutes, but that's just me People with 2 kits can use them constantly, and its gets aggravating.
