This happened in a game about 2o minutes ago to @Chundi_Jr but then again that game was BEFORE you posted this.
As SnD said, this did happen in a game a few minutes ago. I started to encountered this bug yesterday and it happened about 2-3 times for me, although I did see it happening to others as well. (About 5 other times). This also happened once in dm which gives a slight disadvantage as there is no time to run when the 10 second limit is up.
I feel like this is happening more often recently (sg update) than it has in the past. If that helps with anything.
At least recently when I've seen this happen to me: I go to deathmatch, get teleported to a spot. Go play the next game in the same arena. Look around/move my head. Then I get teleported to the spot I'd been teleported to for the previous deathmatch. //edit: This means if this spot is occupied by another player, we'll be sharing it.

This has been happening to me aswell, as nicit pointed out, if I move my head I'll be TP'd to a different spot.
This happens to me often, usually happening if I either move my head or crouch (shift). Then I will randomly be teleported to another player's starting spot.
