Instructions: n/a How many times did you recreate this bug?: 1 time. Just saw it now. Might have been more but didn't realize. Result: Don't say my name and what item I used to kill the player. Maybe this person won because the other died because of something like falling too far? (Not sure, just a guess)
It's a common glitch. Doesn't always happen but it's happened in the past before. It's nothing to really worry about, you just didn't get the kill on the other user sadly.
